Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditionining Systems

HVAC systems are not usually maintained by most homeowners, as they are considered to be very complicated or best handled by trained professionals. However, there are elements of your heating, ventilation and air conditioning system that you can or should maintain and are easily maintained by a homeowner, although they are not usually considered "routine" items. These include certain electrical parts of the A/C compressor or heat pump, the air blower, and the condensation drain system.
